Winter Season - October through May
Summer Season - June through September billing
When a customer has permanently installed electric heat/heat pump equipment which is the sole means of comfort heating, the rate per kWh, for the winter season, will be $0.05 per kWh for all kWh in excess of the 80% maximum kWh used during the maximum month usage of the summer season prior year to the current fiscal year ending in September. This rate does not apply during the subsequent winter season to new customers who were connected to the Department's system, or who have added additional load other than space heating equipment since the preceding summer season.
Electric Service under this schedule is subject to all rules and regulations approved by the Board of Public Works of Marshall, Missouri.
